Management received the Parliamentary Select Committee on Environment, Science and Innovation at our Gbane Mine Site on Thursday, January 15, 2026.
The committee’s official visit to our Mine Operational Area aimed to ascertain our company’s compliance with environmental regulations, identify challenges, and explore areas for enhancement in environmental stewardship.

Chairman of the Committee, Prof. Adam Hamza, Member of Parliament for Kumbungu, noted that their visit formed part of their oversight responsibilities to ensure environmental protection in mining operations. He commended Management for significant investments in the Gbane Gold Project and urged a high level of compliance.
The committee was given an overview of our Mine’s operations, including ongoing expansion works, Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives, challenges, and financial performance.
Assistant Public Relations Officer of Earl Group, Albert Azongo, highlighted these aspects and pledged Earl’s commitment to cooperating with regulatory agencies to enhance safety and environmental stewardship.
