The Chief Executive Officer of Earl International Group Gold Ghana Limited, Mr. Wei Xing, has admonished workers of the company to unite and work hard for the growth and realization of the company’s dreams and aspirations.
In a brief address during the celebration of the 2025 Chinese Spring Festival at Earl’s mining operations site in Gbane, in the Talensi District of the Upper East Region, Mr. Wei acknowledged that the Earl Group encountered challenges in the past year, 2024. Nevertheless, the company realized remarkable results in its operations.
“Looking back on the past year, we have experienced many challenges and difficulties. With the joint efforts of everyone, the company has successfully completed all the planned tasks issued by the company at the beginning of the year and achieved remarkable results. These achievements are inseparable from the hard work of every employee, as well as the trust and support of everyone. Thank you for your efforts and dedication,” Mr. Wei said.
The Chief Executive Officer noted that the growth of the company largely depends on teamwork, enthusiasm, and hard work on the part of the staff.
The Chinese New Year festival was marked at the forecourt of the Earl Group mining site to start the Year of the Snake.
Known as the Spring Festival in China, the celebration is a major festival. The 2025 edition is named the Year of the Snake, one of 12 animals in the Chinese zodiac. It follows the just-ended Year of the Dragon.
